The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) will have an information stand at Catex,
2013. Catex is a national exhibition for restaurants, caterers and publicans.
There will be over 200 exhibitors, debates and demonstrations. If you need any
information on: starting up a food business, food labelling, food safety
requirements, food safety legislation or HACCP, visit the FSAI stand at G22.
