Enforcement Orders Database

This database contains information on Enforcement Orders issued under the FSAI Act. Closure and Improvement Orders will remain in this database for a period of three months from the date the order was lifted. Prohibition Orders will remain in the database for a period of one month from the date the order was lifted.

Note: All Orders served prior to 01/01/2005 are entered onto the website under the previous Health Board names. All Enforcements from 01/01/2005 are served under the Health Service Executive and appear on the website as HSE followed by an indication of the geographical region.
