Business Start-up Pack
There are 5 Business Start-up Packs available, each targeting a particular food business sector:

- Food Retailers
- Food Service Sector
- Food Manufacturers and Packers
- Food Manufacturers Selling to the Final Consumer
- Food Distributors and Transporters
Each pack contains:
- Information about the steps required to be taken when setting up a food business
- A copy of the relevant food hygiene legislation
- A copy of the appropriate Irish Standard published by the National Standards Authority of Ireland
- FSAI Guides to Food Safety Training
- FSAI information pack on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)
- Current issue of fsainews
- A list of useful websites, publications and contact telephone numbers.
The packs are in a loosely-bound format with the intention that food businesses can add information to the pack as their business progresses.
