Notification Forms

Under certain legislation it is a requirement for food business operators to notify the FSAI when placing certain products on the Irish market for the first time.

The following products require notification:

• Dietary Foods for Special Medical Purposes 
• Food Supplements 
• Foods for Particular Nutritional Uses (PARNUTS) 
• Infant Formulae
