Meat Traceability Seminar

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland, in association with GS1 Ireland, hosted a seminar on November 11th to discuss meat traceability.
The seminar reviewed current meat traceability systems and also showcased 'model' solutions from Ireland and abroad.
