Online Information Centre
About the Information Centre
One of the functions of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland is to act as a resource for interested parties to source information on all aspects of food safety and hygiene. The Food Safety Information Centre, located at our offices on Lower Abbey Street, contains a wide range of books, journals, videos and online databases related to food safety.
The Information Centre is open to staff of government agencies, the food industry, researchers and the general public, preferably by appointment to ensure that the appropriate assistance is provided and the required information is available on visiting. Materials from the Information Centre are for reference purposes only and cannot be borrowed from the Information Centre.
Opening Hours
The Information Centre is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. To make an appointment to visit the Information Centre, please contact us by telephone on 01 817 1300 or by email on library@fsai.ie.
