General provisions
Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005 lays down implementing measures for certain food business obligations and food products included in the hygiene package and these include:
- Requirements concerning food chain information for the purpose of Regulations (EC) Nos 853/2004 and 854/2004 ( (set out in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005)
- Requirements concerning fishery products for the purpose of Regulations (EC) Nos 853/2004 and 854/2004 (set out in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005)
- Recognised testing methods for marine biotoxins for the purpose of Regulations (EC) Nos 853/2004 and 854/2004 (set out in Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005)
- Calcium content of mechanically separated meat for the purpose of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 (set out in Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005
- Requirements concerning the lists of establishments as referred to in Article 31(2)(f) of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 are set out in Annex V Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005
- Model health certificates for imports of certain products of animal origin for the purpose of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 (listed in Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005) Annex VI
- Testing methods for raw milk and heat-treated milk (set out in Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005)

- Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 are amended in accordance with Annex VII to Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005
- Annexes I, II and III to Regulation (EC) No 854/2004 are amended inaccordance with Annex VIII to Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005
