Tuesday 20 September - Breakfast Bite Webinar: Shelf-life

Tuesday, 30 August 2022

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’, a series of free, informal meetings for small food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about.

Our upcoming Breakfast Bite is on: Shelf-life.

In this short Breakfast Bite, Mary Lenahan (FSAI) will advise food business operators on how they can safely set and validate the shelf-life of any food they manufacture.

It is suitable for food business operators who are responsible for setting and validating the shelf-life of any food they manufacture.  This responsibility may also fall to secondary manufacturers (co-packers), re-packers, food caterers, food retail outlets etc. depending on specific circumstances.

There will be an opportunity to ask Mary questions at the end of her presentation. This free event will be held online and will last 40 minutes.
