FSAI Breakfast Bite: Food Allergen Labelling – What you Need to Know

November 12th - 12th

Time: 8:20am (refreshments served from 8:00am) - 09:20am

Location: The Exchange, George’s Dock, IFSC, D01 P2V6, Dublin 1.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’, a series of free, informal breakfast meetings for small food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about. These events are very helpful if you own or work in a small food business and also for those of you who want to get your new food business off the ground.

Caroline Donovan (FSAI) will explain what you need to do to comply with the law on declaring the use of food allergens in non-prepacked food. In addition, Caroline will introduce you to Menucal which is our free online tool to help food businesses maintain and display up-to-date allergen information for your customers. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.

To register for this FSAI event, please click here. Places are limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis.

Registration will close on 5th November.
