Water Supply Cut Off

What do I do if water supply to my food business is cut off?

As a food business operator you are ultimately responsible for ensuring the food you produce, prepare or serve is safe. Without a water supply it is very difficult for a food business to operate safely.

In the event of your water supply being cut off you should contact your environmental health officer to discuss if it is feasible for you to continue operating.
