• European Communities (Import from Third Countries of Star Anise) Regulations 2002 (Revocation) Regulations 2004 (S.I. No. 241 of 2004)

These Regulations give effect to Commission Decision 2003/602/EC which repeals Decision 2002/75/EC and they revoke S.I. No 80 of 2002 on the import from third countries of star anise therefore there are no longer any special conditions attaching to the import of star anise from third countries.
