The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’, a series of FREE, informal breakfast meetings for small food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about. These events are very helpful if you own or work in a small food business and also for those of you who want to get your new food business off the ground.
Pat O’Mahony (FSAI) will reiterate what you need to do to comply with the law on declaring the use of food allergens in non-prepacked food. Sinead O’Mahony (FSAI) will introduce you to MenuCal, which is our free online tool to help food businesses maintain and display up-to-date allergen information for your customers. Pat and Sinead will be available to answer questions at the end of their presentations.
