The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’, a series of free, informal meetings for small food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about.
On the 8 June, Philip Devenish (EHO) will outline what you can expect when an Environmental Health Officer (EHO) carries out an inspection on a food business.
This short webinar will put food business inspections into context answering some of the who, why and when questions and then run through the specifics of what the EHO assesses whilst they are in your business.
This webinar is helpful to those who own or work in a small food business and also for those of you who want to get your new food business off the ground.
