The Food Safety Authority of Ireland will have an information stand at the SHOP exhibition. SHOP is Ireland's annual retail, food and drink event. It represents the merger of two of the industry's largest events - IFEX Dublin and Forecourt. The exhibition expects to attract visitors from the pub, hotel, restaurant, supermarket and retail sectors.
