Update: Additional Artisan Products Recalled in France Due to Botulism Outbreak

Following an update from the European Commission, the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has today confirmed that additional artisan products have been recalled in France due to the botulism outbreak. Products from the implicated producer are sold under three brand names: Terre de Mistral, Le Secret D'Anais and Les Delices de Marie Claire and were available for online purchase from the following two websites: www.chocolatprovence.com and http://www.epicerie-terroirprovence.com. An investigation of the production site is ongoing; meanwhile all batches of the products listed below are subject to this French recall.

The FSAI is advising any consumers who may have purchased the affected products to dispose of them immediately. Anyone that has consumed these products and feels unwell should seek medical attention. Currently, there is no known distribution of these implicated products to Ireland.
The FSAI will continue to liaise with the European Authorities and update consumers as necessary.
