The FSAI mission involves protecting consumers and raising compliance through partnership, science and food law enforcement.
Our new Strategy sets out how we plan to deliver our vision vision from 2019 to 2023.
This ambitious five-year Strategy will protect consumers by improving compliance among Irish food businesses through enhanced collaboration and enforcement of food law, and by leveraging the best science and evidence available.
We intend achieving our strategy through our values of Integrity, respect, passion, transparency, teamwork and collaboration.
