The above batch of Schär Gluten Free Fibre Crispbread is being recalled due to the presence of elevated levels of atropine and scopolamine as they may cause a risk to human health. Atropine and scopolamine are tropane alkaloids. These toxins, which are naturally occurring in some plants, can contaminate some cereals, due to their presence among the crop at harvest time.
