Wednesday, 17 February 2021

In this short Breakfast Bite, Clodagh Crehan (FSAI) will cover all of the information that by law, must be declared on the label, regardless of the size of your food business. It is suitable if you own or work in a food business and also, for those of you who are thinking about setting up a new food business in the future.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’, a series of free, informal meetings for small food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about.

Are you a food business operator selling prepacked food? If so, you are required to provide certain labelling information on your products.
