Tuesday, 25 January 2022

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’, a series of free, webinars for small food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about.

In this short Breakfast Bite, Ruth Conefrey (FSAI) will remind food businesses how they can comply with food safety training requirements.

This webinar will give food businesses tips and ideas on how they can meet their food safety training needs using resources the FSAI has developed for food businesses. It is suitable for business owners, managers, chefs, caterers and workers who come into contact with food in the course of their work

The training of food handlers is one of the key ways by which food businesses can ensure that the food they produce is safe to eat. This webinar will outline what the training requirements are for food handlers and demonstrate how FSAI resources can be used to ensure your team are well-trained.

There will be an opportunity to ask Ruth questions at the end of her presentation. This free event will be held online and will last 40 minutes.
