Further to FSAI Food Alert 2020.64, further batches of 5 Seeds Blend are being withdrawn due to the presence of the pesticide ethylene oxide in the sesame seeds used in this product. This pesticide is not authorised for use in foods sold in the EU. The implicated batches were not sold directly to consumers, they were sold for use in service outlets such as bakeries only.
