The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) will have an information stand at Catex, 2017. Catex is a national exhibition for restaurants, caterers and publicans. There will be over 200 exhibitors, debates and demonstrations at this FREE event.
Please come and visit our stand (E 20) if you need any information on; starting up a food business, putting allergens and calories on your menus, food labelling, food safety requirements, food safety legislation or HACCP or if you would like to be in with a chance of winning a Safe Catering Pack worth over €60.
