The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) invites you to attend a free interactive MenuCal workshop. This event is open to anyone involved in the food industry.

Everyone working in the food business service needs to know about allergen menu labelling. MenuCal is the only free, online tool available allowing food businesses to manage allergen information for the foods they serve. MenuCal helps food businesses comply with EU food law and keep allergen information up to date.

Why attend this workshop?

  • Gain an insight into allergen menu labelling and how this impacts the food industry
  • Put MenuCal to the test with the help of the FSAI Public Health Nutrition Team
  • Participate in a questions and answers session

To get the most out of this workshop, we strongly recommend creating a MenuCal account and completing the online training before attending. Access the training here. The online training is fun, quick and easy to complete, it should take no more than 30 minutes. If possible please bring along your own tablet or laptop for the interactive session, as devices will be limited.

Registration:Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please email menucal@fsai.ie indicating which session you will be attending and if you have any dietary requirements as refreshments will be provided.
