Findings from a survey of Small and Medium Food Businesses

The research was based on a survey of 1,005 food businesses including representation from businesses engaged in food production, food retail, food service (including catering) and food wholesale and distribution. The scope of the research was to focus on SME businesses defined as businesses with up to 50 employees.
