Breakfast Bite: Food safety training - what you need to know

April 26th - 26th

Time: 08:20 (refreshments from 8am) - 09:20

Location: Food Safety Authority of Ireland, Dublin 1

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’, a series of free, informal breakfast meetings for food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about. These events are very helpful if you own or work in a small food business and also for those of you who want to get your new food business off the ground.

Our upcoming Breakfast Bite is on:  Food safety training - what you need to know

Carol Heavey (FSAI) will explain what the legal food safety training requirements are and will provide information on the various options on how you can meet your individual workplace needs. There will be an opportunity to ask Carol questions at the end of her presentation.
