This FREE half-day workshop is targeted at butchers and food operators working in butcher shops.

All butchers need to comply with food law and their staff must be trained commensurate with their work activity. This workshop will assist you to comply with the rules that govern food safety and traceability.
The agenda includes an introduction to the FSAI and the resources we have available to help you comply. The sessions will provide you with the most up to date information on what you need to know about shelf life, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum packing. In addition, there will be presentations to help you understand how to manage allergens in your shop and food additives laws.
It will be an interactive session and we would welcome any questions you might have around any aspects of food legislation.
