The FSAI has a service contract with the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI). For the purposes of Section 48(5) of the FSAI Act, 1998 [No. 29 of 1998], this service contract shall be in force for a period from the commencement date of 1 November 2021 to 31 October 2024.
