Make a Complaint

There are a number of ways to contact us.

Consumers: you may have experienced unfit food, poor hygiene standards, misleading food labelling or a breach of food law in a shop or restaurant. If so, please fill in the complaint form below and we will refer it for follow-up.

Employees: you may have observed wrongdoing in the food business where you work. You can report this by making a “protected disclosure” (also known as whistleblowing). See more information on protected disclosures.
