Contacting the FSAI During the COVID-19 Response

In response to the evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, the FSAI is monitoring the situation closely and is following official Government advice. Our staff are now all working from home. All meetings have been cancelled, postponed or will be held by some other means (e.g. teleconference). Our Advice Line and reception are operating by email only.
We are regularly updating our FAQ on COVID-19 for food businesses. Our focus is to continue to operate business as usual, where possible, whilst protecting the health of our staff and our colleagues.
Our out-of-hours emergency contact details for food incidents continue to operate as normal for food businesses and food inspectors.
